Rothbury Cowboy Jason O’Hearn has scored a big ride in round three of the World Bull Ride finals in Las Vegas.
It was a much different story for Maitland’s Ben Jones who found real trouble.
Drawn on a bull called Rusty Zipper, the tables were quickly turned, with Jones fortunate not to cop the full force of a stomping to his head.
Somehow he walked away relatively injury free.
Brendon Clark couldn’t match O’Hearn’s ride for points but he did inch closer to the champion round of the finals with another solid performance.
