The man who was found guilty of murdering elderly Gloucester resident Alan Henry last year has been sentenced to 24 years in gaol.
Mr Henry died three months after being assaulted at his Gregson St home in January.
Jason Mark Grogan was initially charged with assault occasioning grievous bodily harm, a charge which was upgraded to murder on the elderly man’s death.
