Despite covid restrictions easing across New South Wales, the Wingham Summer time Rodeo has been cancelled for a second straight year.
Organisers say crowd caps on large events would result in limited numbers permitted in the arena.
There are no plans to reschedule the event, but the bull riding competition will go ahead at the Wingham Show in March.
