Tamworth has topped the list for COVID cases in New England, North West yet again.
Eight new infections were recorded in the city overnight.
There were only two new cases in Moree and Tingha to 8pm last night. These cases are linked to members of the same household who were already infected.
1,300 people were swabbed in the Northern Tablelands in the last 24 hours.
