LOT SIZES TO CHANGE IN TAMWORTH’S HILLS PLAIN REGION

Tamworth Regional Council is expected to review proposed lot sizes in the Hills Plain area, after taking a look at current development patterns.

While it had been hoped the development would provide 4000 housing lots, the plans provided only allowed for 3100.

Council proposing amendments which would see a sizable increase.

“At the moment, we’re thinking we’ll get to about 3,600 so we won’t get to the 4,000…”

The matter will go before council on Tuesday night.
