Police are on the hunt for those responsible for a crime spree across Tamworth overnight.
They say two separate break and enters could be linked to the theft of four motor vehicles and a motorcycle.
“We’re considering that those offences are each, given the similar MO’s in dumping one vehicle and taking the next vehicle onto an area where a subsequent break and enter or stolen motor vehicle has occured.”
Today, officers managed to recover all four stolen cars, which are now undergoing forensic testing.
Residents are reminded to lock up all valuables and property to keep would-be thieves at bay.
