Lismore regional airport is getting an upgrade.
Federal Member for Page, Kevin Hogan along with Lismore Mayor Steve Krieg today turned the sod on a $300,000 project to construct a new aircraft run-up bay.
The project is to improve safety and reduce congestion, allowing multiple aircrafts to use the same runway.
