The Lower Mid North Coast Rugby competition is in jeopardy, with just three clubs set to take the field this season.

While organisers are happy to proceed, club presidents remain confident there are better options.

Born and bred in the Manning Valley, Rob Douglas joined the Taree bureau in June 2021 after a short career in print media. He joined the Tamworth team in July 2023. Rob graduated from Charles Sturt University in Bathurst in 2016 with a sports journalism degree.
