More than 450 people took part in a charity walk from Sawtell to Coffs Harbour this morning to raise money for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
The 14 kilometre walk along the beach and across Boambee Headland finished at the Jetty where walkers took a well earned rest.
“most people got through unscathed which is wonderful and considering we had ages from 12 right through to 81, it’s incredible to think everyone got behind the Westpac Helicopter.”
