A nurse will stand trial next year over the deaths of two Newcastle nursing home residents, back in 2013.
Garry Davis is accused of murdering 83-year-old Gwyn Fowler and 80-year-old Ryan Kelly – along with the attempted murder of 91-year-old Audrey Manuel.
All three were allegedly injected with large doses of insulin while residents at SummitCare in Wallsend, despite not being diabetic.
The case is due to begin in Sydney’s Supreme Court in February.
