Federal education minister Peter Garrett has labelled Barry O’Farrell’s decision to cut $1.7 billion in education funding as “short-sighted”.
The comments came during Mr Garrett’s visit to Port Macquarie today, where he officially opened a multi-million dollar Trades Training Centre.
