Southern Cross University has proposed a 9 to 10.5 per cent pay increase over the next three years for staff.
Meanwhile, a Enterprise Agreement proposal also includes an immediate, one-off payment of $750.
The salary increases will next go to the Fair Work Commission for endorsement and approval.
