Thousands of homes to built on the Northern end of the Central Coast

A series of new projects is set to put a dent in the Central Coast housing crisis – with five sites now rezoned between Doyalson and Chain Valley Bay.

The change will pave way for 13 hundred new homes – to cater for thousands of new residents expected in the coming years.
