PINK TRADIE TUESDAY

Volunteers from Lismore cancer charity Jodie’s Inspiration have been tickled pink by the fundraising efforts of tradies across the region.

More than one hundred businesses took part in Pink Tradie Tuesday, raising vital money for the oncology units at Lismore Base and St Vincent’s Hospitals.

“Everybody’s in pink, they’ve put on pink hats, pink tutus, ties, flouro vests, all in pink, everything’s in pink”

With Lismore and Richmond Valley councils on board, organisers say today’s effort will almost double that of last year’s inaugural event.
