Airline travel from northern New South Wales has become easier, and cheaper, with low-cost carrier, Bonza receiving approval from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority late this afternoon.
The airline will gradually introduce routes to 17 destinations – many to regional New South Wales.
“From Newcastle up to the Whitsunday Coast, or tho the Sunshine Coast, from Mildura up to the Sunshine Coast, Port Macquarie down to Melbourne, many, many routes. Tamworth down to Melbourne, Tamworth up to the Sunny Coast,” says CEO of Bonza, Tim Jordan.
Fares are expected to go on sale in the coming days, with flights due to take off before the end of the month.
