PORT MACQUARIE CLEAN UP IN THE LISMORE DIOCESAN NETBALL CARNIVAL
There was a major upset in the Lismore Diocesan netball carnival today, with reigning senior champs Port Macquarie missing out on a chance in the finals.
In the juniors, St joseph’s Port Macquarie claimed the win over St Mary’s Catholic College, Woodlawn took out the intermediate division and Mackillop Port Macquarie beat Tweed Heads to take out the seniors.
I played today in the juniors final and we won against St Mary’s Catholic College and we were not St Josephs Port Macquarie, we were St Josephs Banora Point.
The reigning senior champs Port Macquarie were in fact in the finals again this year and won. Congratulations girls.
