Pilot support service “Veterans Connect” launches on the Central Coast

A pilot program to help find mental health support for defence force veterans and their families has launched on the Central Coast.

Veterans Connect aims to link ex-service people to “Care Navigators” – directing those struggling to find much needed services that are often out of reach.
