TWEED ATTEMPTS TO LURE WOZNIAK TO THE SHIRE

Tweed council’s pulling out all the stops in its mission to lure Apple co-founder, Steve Wozniak to the shire.
The quirky campaign was launched after the entrepreneur made comments about the National Broadband Network being so good, he’d move down under for it.
“We’ve sent him information on the Tweed, a real estate guide we’ve sent him info on becoming an Australian citizen and even information on how to get his pet dog out here.”
Council believes Steve would fit in well amongst Tweed’s creative population.
The billionaire is yet to respond to the invitation.
