Coast Lifesavers gold medal favourites

Several Central Coast athletes are the favourites in their age categories, at the Australian Surf life saving titles in Perth.

Terrigal’s Paul Lemmon is in winning form after taking out every water event in the 55 to 59 division at the recent State Championships.

His club mate Hayden Smith will be out to defend his crown in the Ironman and Surf Race events in 40 to 44s.

While Shelly Beach competitor Stephanie Carey has been a standout this season – with dominant victories in the Nobbys to Newcastle swim, alongside The Harbour Challenge.
