Community concerns regarding a proposed service station development, next door to a child care centre at Elermore Vale, appear to have been allayed.
Newcastle Council has confirmed the development application for the proposed petrol station next door to the Elermore Vale Early Learning Centre has been withdrawn.
The plan included the demolition of two neighbouring houses and raised traffic and safety concerns.
