More than 20 kilograms of meth has allegedly been seized on the Mid North Coast

A man remains behind bars tonight, after police allegedly seized more than 20 kilograms of meth on the Mid North Coast.
Officers stopped a Hyundai Santa Fe on the Pacific Highway at Nabiac about 10.30pm last night, locating the drugs, with an estimated street value of $30 million.
The 26-year-old driver was arrested and faced Taree Local Court today.
He’ll reappear on June 21.
A search warrant was also executed at a Bankstown home, where police seized around $138,000 cash, a luxury watch and drug paraphernalia.
The arrest was part of an investigation into a cross-border drug syndicate.
