One of Port Macquarie’s major shopping centre’s is up for sale.
Settlement City is home to 60 specialty stores including retail giants Woolworths and Big W.
Potential buyers have until September 4 to register an expression of interest for the centre.
Trade is expected to continue as normal throughout the sale process.
