An 83-year-old man has been taken to Tamworth Hospital in a stable condition after his four-wheel-drive toppled backwards down a 10-metre embankment.
Two ambulance crews and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter were called to a property in Atholwood, north of Ashford, on Saturday afternoon.
The man was treated for leg and shoulder injuries before being flown to hospital.
