Funding boost for Hunter Councils to fix pothole-plagued roads

Councils across the Hunter are set to benefit, after the federal government topped up a regional roads program to the tune of $250-million.

It’s good news for drivers too – particularly in pothole-plagued Dungog – but the shire is facing more than a funding problem.
