A 12-year-old boy has been flown to hospital, after he came off a motorbike north west of Port Macquarie.
Early reports suggest the boy fell from the bike after riding through a fence at Bril Bril in the mid afternoon.
He’s been flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition, suffering suspected neck injuries.
