OFFSHORE SAND EXPLORATION APPROVED AT STOCKTON

There’s been another step forward in combating Stockton’s erosion crisis, with the state government approving an exploration licence to find sand offshore.

That will begin in a matter of weeks, but work to replenish the coastline could still be a long way off.
