The long-awaited financial review of Port Macquarie’s Glasshouse cultural centre will be presented to council this week.
Five options were considered for the Glasshouse, including selling the centre and leasing it back, maintaining council ownership, or a complete exit from the business.
The report also investigated options for gaming and casino-style additions to the centre.
The recommendation to Wednesday night’s meeting is that council continue to own and operate the facility with a number of adjustments made to its budget.
