16-year-old dies after stabbing at Coffs Harbour
A teenage boy is dead after he was stabbed overnight north of Coffs Harbour in New South Wales.
Police were called to Pacific Street at Corindi Beach shortly after 5.40pm, where they found a 16-year-old boy suffering a stab wound to his thigh.
The boy was taken to Coffs Harbour Health Campus, but died shortly after.
A 17-year-old has been charged with murder after an investigation by Coffs/Clarence Police District.
He was refused bail to appear before a children’s court today.
