Singleton’s flying fox fight may be entering a new chapter.
Hundreds have sought salvation at a nearby church – after trees Burdekin Park were recently felled.
‘Little red’ and ‘grey-headed’ bats have flocked to the grounds of All Saints Church.
Singleton Council was granted permission by the state government to prune and remove 60 trees from bat infested Burdekin Park last month.
