Avoca Beach chasing first Grand Final win since 2013

Avoca Beach is chasing its first piece of silverware in Central Coast Rugby since 2013, after defeating arch rivals Terrigal in The Prelim.

Both sides scored early tries, but The Sharks went to the sheds leading 17 to five.

Bradd Sheridan scored his second after the break to extend the margin, and they put the contest beyond doubt a short time later.

The Trojans salvaged some pride, but The Sharks advanced the The Big One, with a decisive 39 to 19 win.

They now face The Razorbacks at Industree Group Stadium this Saturday night.
