Landholders in the Northern Tablelands are being urged to report locust infestations, with a number of sightings already recorded in the Bundarra area.
Local Land Services says several plague locust infestations have been confirmed in the area, with hatchlings emerging in the warmer weather.
Experts say it’s important to report sightings immediately, as populations can only be managed before they reach full maturity at six weeks.
