BYRON BAY RECEIVES “UNIQUE” EXEMPTION TO SHORT TERM HOLIDAY LET POLICY

After a strong community campaign, the Byron Shire Council has received an exemption from the State Government to amend the short term holiday letting policy.

The most impacted towns will potentially see a 90 day cap, but approved operators say it’s still not a level playing field.
