Police issue amber alert for two-year-old boy taken from family member in Coffs Harbour

Police are urgently searching for a missing two-year-old boy who was allegedly taken by a man and woman on the New South Wales North Coast.

Jax Wilson was taken from a family member by a woman and man known to him on Little Street in Coffs Harbour just after 2pm today.

“They drove off in a black 1996 Volkswagen Golf sedan, with Victorian registration OAH 707,” police said in a statement.

Jax is described as being Caucasian, about 70cm tall with blonde hair, a fair complexion and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing brown shorts and a colourful shirt.

Anyone who has seen the little boy or knows his whereabouts is urged to call triple zero.
