Residents and rescuers not informed of work starting on old DA
A Port Stephens councillor has admitted Council should have been across land clearing at Soldier’s Point – that’s part of an old DA.
The Fleet Street works took residents by surprise last month, as well as wildlife volunteers, who say its crucial koala habitat.
