A huge new retail development will be built at Lake Macquarie.
The $90 million retail precinct at Bennetts Green will include businesses such as Bunnings, Spotlight and Anaconda.
It will be built on the Windale side of the Pacific Highway and is the most significant retail project in the region since the expansion of Charlestown Square in 2010.
