Approval’s just been given for a development set to deliver almost 10,000 square metres of new office space on King Street, while another in the east end is just months away from completion.

I think those who have been silent have wished for something magical to happen also.. I am a city commercial building owner and I am very glad to hear certain phrases are dispersing ie, “eventually it will happen” – in its place we have “it is happening”!
