Tweed Heads surfer Quincy Symonds has snagged one of five spots in Surfing Australia’s Team Electric.
The teen will compete at a three-day surf camp at the national High Performance Centre next week, where a winner will be crowned.
The grand prize – $5,000 in cash and a VIP experience at the Australian Boardriders Battle Grand Final, with former World Tour Surfer Laura Enever.
