He had plenty to say when he was a fugitive on the run… now former Newcastle Finks bikie – David Brooks – has walked free from prison, with a smile on his face.
The 48-year-old was locked up in Goulburn jail for violating his parole.
The convicted drug dealer evaded police for several weeks, taunting them to catch him.
Brooks says the prison system needs an overhaul to better rehabilitate inmates.
