The community is being urged to comment on the environmental impact statement for the new bridge at Grafton.
The $230 million bridge is set to be built just east and downstream from the existing rusty structure spanning the Clarence River.
The full document can be viewed at Maclean and Grafton libraries and online, with submissions to close September 19.
