A Gold Coast couple has celebrated, their diamond wedding anniversary, or 60 years of marriage in style today.
Jeff and Isobel Trembath are as much in love now as when they tied the knot back in 1952.
The day they met, Jeff promised Isobel’s mother he’d take care of her forever.
“She’s mine for good. Well 60 years is not bad.”
The couple was surrounded by generations of those they love for their important anniversary.
“It’s wonderful to see all the family and friends.”
