The ICAC investigation of former UNE Chancellor John Cassidy and his role in the sale of the University run Tattersall’s Hotel has continued today in Sydney.
It’s alleged Mr Cassidy provided sensitive information to business partner Darrell Hendry before his acquisition of the hotel in 2005.
19 witnesses will give evidence over the five-day trial – Mr Cassidy will take the stand tomorrow.
The trial is expected to wrap up on Friday.
