Groundswell Gloucester is seeking approval to erect a campsite on private land near AGL’s Waukivory (WALK-IVOREY) site.
The anti-CSG community group has lodged a Development Application with Gloucester Council for a campsite on private land, for people opposed to the operations.
Council has exhibited the DA and submissions are due on Thursday.
Meanwhile, AGL has released plans for a desalination plant in Gloucester to treat water which is produced during the CSG extraction process.
It says it could be used for stock, irrigation and new business opportunities.
