A 31-year-old man has been charged with aggravated indecent assault after he allegedly broke into a 15-year-old’s bedroom in Tuncurry.
Police say the man ran from the scene after the teenage girl who was sleeping, screamed for help around 12:30am.
Investigations by police led to the arrest of the Tuncurry man at 6am.
