CARRINGTON SCHOOL STUDENTS GET THEIR HANDS DIRTY
Students from Carrington Public School got their hands dirty today, working to clean up Throsby Creek.
The mangrove makeover was organised by Port Waratah Coal Services, with the aim of educating young people the importance of keeping local waterways clean.
The students collected around 6 cubic metres of rubbish in three hours, with the help of some eager volunteers.
