Dolphin Marine Magic at Coffs Harbour has welcomed two very cute new additions to its Little Blue Penguin colony.
Two chicks were hatched in early December and are undergoing the final stage of hand feeding, before being introduced to the rest of the penguins in the main exhibit.
The pair started to fledge and get adult feathers around two weeks ago.
Little Blue Penguins are the smallest of the world’s penguin species, and the only penguin native to Australia.
The newest additions in Coffs Harbour are part of a national breeding program, managed by the Zoo and Aquarium Association.
