BOOMERANG PARK PLAN ON PUBLIC DISPLAY
A recission motion against placing a plan of management for Boomerang Park at Raymond Terrace on public display, has failed to gain support among Port Stephens councillors.
The document is now on exhibition for 42 days, with the council to host a public hearing on the third of March.
Some residents have voiced their opposition to the new plan, claiming it was only drafted to allow development on the site.
