The Jets have filled one of their import spots for the next A-League season, signing English midfielder, Wayne Brown, on a two-year deal.
The 27-year-old graduated from the academy at Fulham, before earning a professional contract with the London club, where he linked with current Newcastle mentor, Scott Miller.
Brown is confident he can contribute goals from midfield for the Jets, having played across three tiers of English football… and more recently winning a title in the Finnish Premier League.
He’ll start pre-season training in Newcastle in late June.
