A 38-year-old nurse has been charged after she allegedly stole and used a patient’s credit card at a shopping centre in Gosford.
It’s alleged the accused stole the card from a 77-year-old patient and used it to purchase goods, earlier this year.
An investigation was commenced and the woman has been charged with dishonestly obtaining property by deception.
She’ll face Woy Woy Local Court in November.
