CREDIT CARD FRAUD CHARGES FOLLOW VEHICLE BREAK-IN

A man has faced court after allegedly breaking into a car and committing numerous frauds with stolen bank cards across Newcastle.
Police say that numerous bank cards were stolen when a car was broken into on Costata Crescent, Adamstown last Wednesday.
The cards were then allegedly used at various locations to purchase goods.
Police investigations led them to a home on Curley Road in Broadmeadow, where they executed a search warrant and arrested a 22-year-old man.
He was charged with four counts of fraud and one count of stealing from motor vehicle.
