The tennis stars of tomorrow are in Newcastle for the state primary schools carnival.
130 kids from 13 regions are taking part in the four-day event… with representative honours also on the line.
“Some great players have come through here and gone onto international duties for our country. Jordan Thompson was recently part of this, so was James Duckworth. Past players like Todd Woodbridge, Wally Masser, Jason Stoltenberg has come through here.”
The competition is currently in the pool stages, with the finals on Friday.
