IFFLAND BOUNCES BACK AT CLIFF DIVING WORLD SERIES IN PORTUGAL

The Hunter’s Rhiannan Iffland has retained top spot in the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series after bouncing back on day two in Portugal, to finish fifth.
The 25 year old came into round two with a niggling injury and says that definitely played on her mind.
But she wasn’t using it as an excuse.
“I had a bit of a hiccup yesterday and lost a lot of confidence going into today but I wanted to go in strong and the first dive it was ok for me but the second dive I just lost a little bit of a grip on it and I let the pressure take over so not again.”
Round three of the series moves to Italy in a fortnight.
